We answer messages Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm IST. Anything that arrives on a Sunday or a public holiday is picked up on the next working day.

Grievance redressal
If something has not been resolved to your satisfaction, send us a message through the contact form with "Grievance" in the subject line. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and work to resolve them within 30 days, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

We trade online only — there is no walk-in counter. Everything is handled over email and phone.
